Delete Your Account

How to request account deletion

1. Email your request to support@jalsa.world from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name, registered phone number, and any linked artist/teacher profile name (if applicable).
4. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account for security and fraud prevention.
5. After successful verification, we process your request and send confirmation by email.

Data that will be deleted

• Account profile details (name, profile preferences, and account settings).
• Authentication and session data associated with your account.
• Marketing communication preferences and associated marketing profile data.
• User-generated profile metadata that is not required by law to retain.

Data that may be retained

Some records are retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, and financial compliance requirements.

• Account and transaction records: retained for up to 7 years where required by law.
• Communication and support records: retained for up to 3 years.
• Limited marketing suppression records: retained for up to 1 year to honor opt-out obligations.
• Security and fraud-prevention logs: retained as required for safety and compliance.
