  • Event cancellations by organizers
  • Teacher availability issues

While we carefully vet our partners, we cannot control external factors like weather, artist health, or venue issues that may affect events. Our liability is limited to refunding your payment when services cannot be delivered as promised.

13. Refunds

  • Event refunds follow organizer policies. However, if an event does not happen or is canceled by the organizer, money will be automatically refunded to customers. We will process these refunds promptly once we receive confirmation of the event cancellation.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: 1. Transactions must be less than 12 months old from the date of purchase. 2. The organizer that collected the ticket money and/or payment must have sufficient balance in their account to cover the refund amount at the time of the refund request. 3. Ticket purchases made after the event has already passed are not eligible for refunds
  • Unused Culture Card balance cannot be refunded
  • Service charges are generally non-refundable
  • Processing may take 7-10 business days and refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times

Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms set by event organizers and teachers. Please make sure to read any additional instructions on cancellation and refunds from the event organizers.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for extended periods

We prefer to work with users to resolve issues before termination. Serious violations that harm the community or platform security may result in immediate suspension. You can also close your account at any time through your account settings.
